Field Link Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe use of this procurement inquiry website. Field Link Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The site presents inquiry options and purchasing guidance within that procurement service role.
Information and inquiries
Product names, catalog labels and articles help business buyers describe their requirements. They do not establish available inventory, a confirmed price, a supplier commitment or fitness for a particular field. Sending a form starts a procurement discussion. It does not create an equipment purchase order or require a buyer to accept a proposed supplier.
Specification responsibility
Buyers should provide accurate crop, site, tractor, interface, quantity and destination details. State requirements that must remain fixed and identify acceptable alternatives. Technical fit must be confirmed against the exact proposed configuration, including hydraulic connections, PTO arrangements and hitch dimensions where relevant. Site conditions and operation can affect suitability and need independent professional review when appropriate.
Commercial confirmation
Any proposed equipment, service fee, supplier scope, payment arrangement, delivery basis, warranty and acceptance procedure requires a separate written agreement. Factory documents and claims must be evaluated for the exact product and destination. A catalog entry does not verify supplier certifications, audit history or regulatory compliance. Prices and lead times cannot be inferred from an inquiry option.
Support eligibility
Any reference to FREE sourcing support or up to 3% is conditional sourcing information. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. The scope and basis require confirmation and do not constitute a fixed discount or a promise of savings.
Responsible use and communication
Provide information you have authority to share and avoid payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Drawings and further documents can be discussed after initial contact. Do not use this site to submit misleading requests, interfere with its operation or infringe another party's rights.
