Write the procurement brief
Use the form to share a business equipment request. Product, tractor and field details help us identify what needs clarification before discussing factory options.

Provide your work email through the inquiry form. A telephone number is optional. No direct email, phone line or social channel has been published for this service.
State your seasonal delivery date and time zone. Follow-up arrangements and availability require confirmation; no office hours or fixed response period are represented here.

Begin with the crop and intended establishment method. Describe soil, residue, site size and any transport constraints. For the equipment, record working width, row spacing, metering requirements and seed-rate units. Add the tractor model reference, available power, hitch arrangement and hydraulic or PTO connections relevant to the proposed machine.
State quantity, unit basis, US destination and desired arrival date. Include spare parts, assembly, commissioning and document needs. If a date is linked to a sowing window, explain that dependency so a supplier can distinguish production readiness from destination delivery.
The procurement discussion identifies missing details and acceptable alternatives, then uses a common scope to request and compare factory information. A submitted brief is not an order, supplier approval or promise of availability. Product fit, commercial terms and acceptance responsibilities need written confirmation before commitment.
Budget and supplier preference are optional. Use a currency and per-unit or whole-order basis, and identify where controls, finish or support can change. This can guide the comparison without assuming a supplier quality rating. See the service boundaries and equipment inquiry options.
